This job will include but is not limited to:
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Be able to manage an office and supervise other office personnel.
Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral form.
Perform clerical and administrative tasks quickly and accurately.
Coordinate daily activities and/or schedule.
Work independently and organize clerical tasks.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety of situations.
Excellent proof reading skills.
Be able to stay calm in pressure situations and work with frequent interruptions.
Maintain various organizational systems.
Maintain efficient office procedures and a system for keeping track of requested actions and reports.
Type from rough draft and keyboard at an efficient rate of speed.
Be able to meet timelines and perform multiple tasks.
Work harmoniously with other individuals and groups of employees.
Maintain records and make basic math computations quickly and accurately.
Skill and knowledge in the operation, use and care of office equipment.
Good knowledge of business English/Arabic (spelling, punctuation and grammar).
Knowledge and proficiency in the use of technology (i.e. computers, word processing, database, spreadsheet programs and power point).
Accomplish work responsibilities with minimum supervision.
Knowledge and ability of record keeping methods and preparation of correspondence.
Candidates will be considered only if the below mentioned criteria is met:
Must have a bachelor’s degree.
Any additional certification in Secretarial Science will be definite advantage.
Must have 3 years of admin/secretarial experience with a minimum of 1 year at secretary level.
Must be bi-lingual with fluency in Arabic and English (Speak, Read, Write)
Must be computer literate (Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite)
