Fleet / Tender Sales Manager, Al-Sayer Group, Kuwait

Driven, determined, planned Et a great people person, your main objective will be to manage & grow
the fleet business. This you will achieve by managing product sales Et achieving set targets, while ensuring exceptional customer service levels are constantly delivered.
Strategic Responsibilities
• Provide & recommend comprehensive annual business objectives & strategies
• Monitor ft oversee achievement of these objectives
• Identify any critical and recurring customer problems Et implement solutions accordingly
Operational Responsibilities
• Actively promote a recommend relevant company products to prospective customers
• Maintain Et grow strong relationships with  existing customers
• Track & analyze competitor activity, be up to date with local, regional ft international market trends
• Administer all aspects of escalated customer complaints
People Management Responsibilities
• Maintain Et promote staff motivation
• Develop ft action comprehensive manpower plans
Skills Required
With at 10 years’ industry experience, at least 2 of which should be at managerial level, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in an Automotive / Electrical/ Mechanical discipline. Fluency is Arabic & English is a must & you should possess a valid Kuwaiti Driver’s Licence.
