Bill Collector - InterContinental - Riyadh - Saudi Arabia


Requirements:
A minimum of 1 - 3 years demonstrable experience in a similar capacity at a star class international hotel and Ideal candidate must also possess strong communication skill in Arabic, English knowledge will be an advantage.

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Credit Manager, your role would include the following:
    Collection of accounts receivables and particularly the city ledger charges and issues receipts voucher against such collection.
    Following up daily on the bill collecting account holders
    Making telephone calls to outstanding account holders
    Assisting the Credit Department in filing city ledger documents in accordance with established system
    Reviewing trial balance for outstanding accounts
    Assisting the City Ledger Supervisor in preparing invoices, whenever possible
