Tele Direct Sales Manager - Gulf Bank

Education / Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/ Management/Finance
Knowledge: Good knowledge of Direct Selling and local market
Experience: 3 – 5 years in Banking with minimum 3 years in Direct Sales

Accountabilities:
Business planning
     Plan and manage sales activities so they align with the overall strategy
     Develop business plans and forecasts which allow in-year performance monitoring

 Business development
    Establish relationships with new third parties or intermediaries
    Identify profitable business opportunities
    Develop commercial and product arrangements

Customer relations
    Build and maintain relationship with existing clients
    Develop multi-tier relationships to grow the clients’ accounts
    Build referral and lead generation network

 Sales management
    Report on performance v budget
    Propose corrective actions

Performance systems
    Manage policies & procedures,  call sheets, daily referrals etc. in order to support the delivery of sales targets

Reporting
    Report on product sales, customer issues and makes proposals/recommendations

People management
    Manage, motivate and develop individual employees and the team in line with GB people policies & practices
    Communicate operational procedures

Corporate governance & compliance
    risk policies and procedures
    all compliance regulations
