Team Leader- Tele Direct Sales - Gulf Bank

To convert opportunities in to sale by effectively engaging with prospects in Direct Sales / Auto Sales customer interactions.

Education / Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/ Management/Finance
Knowledge: Good knowledge of Direct Selling and local market
Experience: 2 – 3 years in Banking with minimum 1 years in Direct Sales

Accountabilities:
Revenue and Targets
    Manage the allocation of sales targets
    Communicate sales plans and tactics to team members

Sales Support
    Ensure team members have professional sales aids and presentations
    Ensure team members are briefed on potential clients etc.
    Supervise tele-sales
    Ensure the team focuses on required sales and clients e.g. Kuwaiti salaried customers
    Assess customer trends and provide the team with selling information.
    Mentor the team in meeting daily targets for new business
    Validate contacts and referrals for the aim of converting

Customer Management
    Authorize customer services by reviewing credit rating and ratifying the intensity of customers risk exposure.
    Handle any escalations on customer complaints and grievances from the team members.

Business Development
    Develop plans for products other than salary acquisition – e.g. deposits.
    Assess and implement ways of cross selling to customers
