Manager Public Relations / CSR - Al Sayer Group in Kuwait

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Primary: Masters degree with 7 years of experience.
Alternate: Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience
Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic.

Candidate to administer the execution of the annual Public Relations and CSR plan designed to deliver the customer focused sustainability strategy to enhance the reputation and maximize profitability of the Group.

His responsibilites include:
1. Contribute to the designing and implementation of communication of information designed to keep the public informed of Al-Sayer Group programs, accomplishments, corporate citizen activities, etc… in order to shape the public corporate identity of the Group.
2. Participate with Sr.Manager in promoting Al-Sayer Group goodwill through such publicity efforts as speeches, exhibits, films, tours, and question/answer sessions, press releases etc…
3. Explore new CSR initiatives undertaken by Government and various local organisaitons.Study and analyze trends and identify and implement best practices.
4. Propose CSR projects and participate with Sr.Manager in the execution of PR and CSR events/activities.
5. Direct proactive CSR awareness programs dedicated to staff.
6. Represent the Al-Sayer Group during community projects and at public, social and business events of the Group.
7. Identify and create customer value and distinction through environmental sustainability and by ensuring the delivery of ethical business practices, products and processes.
8. Participate in local, regional seminars, workshops, conferences that may enrich corporate exposure and experience in future possible CSR projects.
9. Conduct periodic meetings with Department Managers and CSR champions to collect data and generate reports on CSR initiatives as per UNGC, UN GRI and ISO 26000 guidelines ensuring compliance.
10. Oversee the assessment process of achieving GRI and ISO26000 stamps.
11. Review reports of PR and CSR activities with Sr.Manager and oversee the designing and distribution of internal reports to update the CSR network and stakeholders with CSR initiatives and business best practices on a regular basis and ensure continuous communication.
12. Monitor and update CSR activities database.
13. Advise staff and create awareness on CSR & encourage staff participations in CSR activities.
14. Participate with Sr.Manager in updating and releasing the internal publications.
15. Participate with Sr.Manager in proposal writing and pitches in English.
