Office Administrator

Job Description
1. Prepare letters, documents, reports, presentations using appropriate software packages
2. Resourcing office tools, equipment and supplies
3. Working with internal facility management in relation to office needs
4. Planning and scheduling meetings, meeting logistics
5. Co-ordinate travel arrangements
6. Maintain file system for GM
7. Set up department file share on network server
8. Support department’s personnel procedures and policies
9. Manage petty cash for the department (together with GM)
10. Facilitating event planning
11. Managing supplies of branding material
