Manager – Administration – Al Ahmadi

Job Description
•Handling of various licensing activities of the company (new/renewals) i.e. commercial license, traffic license, import & export license, legal representative license (traffic/legal) etc.,
•Develop rapport with all Government Offices, Concerned Ministries, Sponsors, Business Partners and Clients
•Dealing with MOSAL, Immigration, Municipality, Police & Traffic Dept etc., on various day-to-day issues or as and when required
•Dealing with Social Security department (PISS) for registration & cancellation process of local nationals (Kuwaitization)
•Pro-active and advance notification to management and HR & PRO team about any changes in government rules & regulations
•Accountable for all PR representatives (Mandoups) and their performance, timely completion of tasks (complete residence formalities such as medical check-up, finger prints, and medical insurance), ensure NO penalties/tickets because of undue delays
•Responsible for all Government Relations / Immigration Procedures (Processing of Visa applications– Work Visa , Visit Visa, Long Term Visit visa , Change of Sponsorship, Issuance of new Work Permits, Iqama renewals, Iqama transfers, Visa cancellation / Final Exit etc.)
•Coordinate with sponsor / local agents /authorized signatories for all Government or Legal issues if any
•Conversant with Office Administration such as housekeeping & pantry administration, vehicle administration, accommodation and transportation arrangements, air-ticket bookings & travel related matters
