Fluency in both spoken and written English.
Knowledge and experience of food handling, health and safety standards.

A quick learner who works well in a small team and has the capacity to manage time and multitask while maintaining kitchen ‘Standards of Practice’. • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster that includes weekends and evening shifts.
