Required Brand Manager - Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa Commercial

This position overlooks the overall development of the brand as per host brand standards. Directly accountable for brand’s margin performance so as to ensure profitability rates as per company expectations. Candidate is to plan and execute marketing and promotional activities with the support of the operations, marketing, and VM team to ensure consistent brand growth.

Education/Certification:
College or University Degree in Business Management/Marketing
- Minimum 2 yrs. experience in the local industry. Have knowledge of sales procedures and terminology. With proven track record in sales/marketing
- Preferably a bilingual - Arabic and English

Functional: (Required Skills / Knowledge)
- Computer Application Knowledge
- Merchandising / Visual Merchandising Knowledge
- Inventory Control - Receiving / Dispatching
- JD Edwards Knowledge
- - Safety & Security Standards / Procedure Awareness & Control

Responsibilities:
- Defines the brand direction and ensures all parties understand such.
-Works closely with buying and planning on all product and financial related matters, and ensures product builds and margin structure is as per expected requirements. Some of the tasks include OTB builds, range selection, allocations, markdown strategies, and sales forecasting-
- Works closely with marketing and operations to Ensure continuous brand growth.
- Be the brand champion in all dealings between the company and host brand.
- Responsible for brand’s monthly P&L and weekly analysis of financial and product reports
- Advice on brand’s annual sales phasing to Ensure proper stock builds for high season periods.
- Performs other related tasks as directed by Line Manager
