RESERVATION & TICKETING AGENTS / (Ref: COMOOOK8)
The selected candidate will be responsible to make reservation and issue tickets for customers, using the airlines computer reservation system. Assist customers with special requests. The applicant must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a customer oriented industry with good communication and interpersonal skills. A working knowledge of Amadeus will be an advantage. Written and spoken English skills are essential. Arabic speakers preferred.
