• Previous relevant experience with SEN students (learning difficulties/slow learners)
• Interpersonal skills to manage a class team and to work collaboratively with staff and parents
• A clear focus on achievement and improving outcomes for SEN students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in SEN Primary/Secondary 8nlish Curriculum Schools is a definite asset
