Senior QS/ Cost Control Engineer - Infra Project (Ref: SQSC)
Establish cost control methods with the Project Manager. Monitor the costs of the Project and maximize its profitability. With the assistance of the Project Manager reviews the costs and prepares reports for cost meetings.
Prepare and agree valuations, value variations with Client's QS representative.
Monitor and update contract turnover and cash flow forecasts as required with the assistance of Planning engineer and PM.
Protect Company's contractual position in conjunction with the Project Manager in respect of necessary correspondence, information or notices.
