RECEPTION/CUSTOMER CARE JOB IN KUWAIT

Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings. 
• Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system. 
• Monitor the use of supplies and equipment. 
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment. 
• Keep the work documentation. 
• Perform other related duties as required. 
 Answer all incoming calls and client's inquiries whenever possible professionally and briefly. 
 Greet assist and direct clients. 
 Deal with appointments confirmation and cancellation. 
 Deal with client's complaints to get the maximum satisfaction.
