REQUIRED KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - TAWASUL TELECOM IN KUWAIT

The Key Account Manager is responsible for sales and customer retention activities.

Main responsibilities:
•Lookup and qualify new business opportunities.
•Build and develop commercial relationships with customers.
•Provide customers with information about the company and it’s portfolio.
•Make sales presentations.
•Sell the company’s portfolio of products and services to customers in assigned segment.
•Actively identify customer needs.
•Coordinate with the customers to jointly develop their telecommunications solutions.
•Coordinate activities and participate in solving customers’ issues and problems.
•Maintain the company’s customer database and keep it updated.
•Administer necessary sales steps.
•Closely cooperation with Presales, Project Management, Support and Product Development departments.
•Participate in the development of sales processes and strategies.

Languages: English, Arabic

Experience and/or Aptitude:
•3+ years in a sales position in Kuwait. 1+ year at level of key account manager. 1+ year in telecommunication area, experience iin IT / telco solutions selling is a MUST.
•Have a good grasp of professional Sales skills.
•Have excellent powers of persuasion, able to present technical & commercial concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner in order to convince others.

•Confident, able to deal with people at all levels up to and including ‘C Level’.
•Experience in customer needs assessment, sales opportunity development, account profiling, and long-range account strategy.

Education: High school diploma. University Education (BS, BA) is preferred.
