Approving all Pre Contractual, Pre Award and Post Award of Subcontractors Quotations and Contracts as per Company Policy and Procedures within the Project Budget.
Reviewing and approving Subcontracts Tender, Contracts and Agreements
Reviewing and monitoring the Subcontractors productivity
Approving, reviewing and replying Subcontract Claims
Ensuring proper cost reporting and updating resources of cost analysis of subcontractors
Attending meeting, PCR review meetings in Division and with Project Managers and D.O. regarding the Subcontractors productivity
Approving the variation orders for Subcontractors as per urgent work requirements.
Approving and reviewing and controlling the payment of Subcontractors
Conducting and reviewing Post Tender meetings
Approving claim letters and replies
Reviewing with Project Managers, Project Directors and D.O. for the Claims and Claim letters for both Clients and Subcontractors
Education Qualification :
Ø BSc Construction Management, Engineering & Surveying
Ø Minimum 15 years in the field, 5 year in a similar position.
Ø Adequate knowledge in Project Execution, Quantity Surveying and Cost/Financial Reporting (Contracts agreement management)
Ø Strong Managerial / Legal Skills
Ø Strong Negotiating Analysis Skills
Ø ISO Knowledge / Experience
Good knowledge and experience with standard forms of contract, example FIDIC.
