The duties include coordinating with the fitness coach regarding the member’s fitness evaluations, delivering quality workouts and group exercise classes in accordance with approved fitness guidelines as well as maintaining a safe environment.
The role comprises of giving one to one personal training sessions to our members which should include a month by month progression plan, demonstrating use of the gym equipment and offering exercise correction, alternatives and basic workouts may be required
The idea candidate should have a varied knowledge of fitness, diet and exercise, the position is open to a qualified female gym instructor with good verbal English skills and has at least one years’ experience within the health and fitness industry.
The candidate should also maintain current qualifications and continually strive to develop further within this field
