Female Sales Coordinator – Kuwait

We are looking for someone with intern or 1<-2 years experience.
BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION
The reputed company is looking to recruit highly motivated and ambitious Female Sales Coordinator with Telesales experience to work from the Kuwait office. Candidates will need;
–       Excellent telephone skills

–       Sales ability and ability to build quotation for clients
–       Coordinate with customer delivery on purchase orders from Stores.

SALARY: 210/-(NEGOTIABLE WITH EXPERIENCE)
WORKING HOURS AND DAYS: SUNDAY-THURSDAY (8:30-18:00)
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Aim:
Support the administration process and receive customer calls for client care of all sale across the telephonic and assisting the Product delivery team and Sales Executives as on their Customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
·         Within deadline for customer orders, prepare availability lists of products and update customer over phone as requested by Sales or Sales Admin.
·         When appropriate, follow up with clients on selection of products;
·         Receive customer sales calls and Prepare quotations for orders / Product and ensure that the customer orders are swiftly processed in stores;
·         Prepare amendment requests as directed by Sales and Sales Admin in the internal software.
·         Office in Kuwait and clients to ensure that contract orders, product and services are speedily and accurately processed, and proper amendments are made in the internal system fully executed as quickly as possible;
·         Follow-up on materials delivery, assisting with Technical Operations;
·         Follow-up on contract payment, assisting with Finance, and collect out-standing payments when appropriate.
·         Assist Sales and Sales Admin with monthly reports preparation as well as inputting sales orders and maintenance of the record in the internal software for all sales coordinators;
Selection Criteria
Relevant Previous Work Experience
Work experience in Information Technology (IT) and computers distribution preferable
Skills Required
·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office – must be very proficient with Excel and system focused.
·         Strong organizational skills
·         Excellent communication skills – good telephone manner
·         Experience and confidence when dealing with clients
·         Self-motivated, can work independently and able to prioritize to meet deadlines
·         Team player
·         Knowledge of Arabic language would be preferred but not essential.
