Required Receptionist - AMLAK Capital United Real Estate Co

-University degree
-Familiar with MS Office ( Word & Excel)
-Bilinguals will be preferred

• Meeting, greeting and welcoming visitors;
• Handling incoming phone calls, and redirecting as necessary;
• Maintain Weekly Meeting Schedules, coordinate meetings;
• Order and provide stationary;
• Coordinate with client offices for maintenance services within the building;
• Coordinate Conference Room Reservations;
• Receive invoices, correspondence and forward to the concerned departments;
• Mainly secretarial support provided for typing of memos, letters, reports, presentations, specifications & criteria for feed packages as required;
• Network with other office Administrators in order to strengthen relationships to assure consistency in practices and coverage during absence;
• General office duties including faxing, opening of departmental mail, setting up and maintaining departmental files;
• Scanning documents for various departments when necessary;
• Data Entry into facility management system and administration of company website;
• Undertakes other duties as assigned by supervisor.
