Required Officer Insurance Adminstration - Al Sayer Group

Educational Qualifications:
Primary: Diploma in Administration (12th Standard + 2 or 3 years Diploma) or equivalent with 3 years of experience.
Alternate: Pre-Degree/ High School (12th Standard or equivalent) and 10 years of experience

An Officer arranges insurance policies for RAC vehicles and renew them upon expiry by performing following duties/ responsibilities:

1. Communicate with RAC Sales Manager and ASIB and initiate 3rd party, comprehensive and Adam Al Haq Rejwa insurance for new vehicle purchase.
2. Communicate with RAC operations and ASIB for 3rd party, comprehensive and Adam Al Haq Rejwa insurance renewal for active RAC fleet vehicles.
3. Verify policies received from insurance company for premium amount, validity date, and vehicle details.
4. Prepare refund claim report for sold vehicles premiums on weekly basis and submit to insurance company after verifying with RAC finance department.
5. Validate insurance details and third party insurance expiry dates in rental management system.
6. Follow up with insurance company and ASIB for total loss claims as well as reimbursement for claims submitted by RAC.
7. Coordinate with ASIB and arrange additional insurance premium for vehicles driven out of Kuwait or joint operations area upon request from customers after obtaining approval from RAC management.
8. Prepare and submit monthly insurance renewal list for approval to Senior Manager Operations.
