Required Sales Manager Certified / Used Cars - Al Sayer Group in Kuwait

A Certified Car Sales Manager ensures readiness of the certified /used cars to serve customers. His responsibilities include:

1. Prepare annual budget for the certified cars, set targets, monitor performance of branches and recommend corrective action for variances to GM Sales.
2. Review profit and loss account targets and monitor performance for fulfillment to ensure expected returns.
3. Formulate annual purchase plan and pricing strategy for the certified cars as per the company policies

Operational:
1. Prepare special pricing policy for bulk sale of certified cars upon approval of GM Sales.
2. Prepare sales forecast, estimate demand and ensure quantity to meet customer demand.
3. Review stock inventory, evaluate stock position and recommend strategy for purchase of cars to GM Sales.
4. Coordinate with group service division of maintenance of sold cars.
5. Review and approve quotations, sales invoices prepared by Sales Administrator.
6. Check customer documents for submission to Traffic Department and Insurance Company.
7. Coordinate with marketing department for planning promotion campaigns.
8. Review competitor's data and recommend strategies to enhance sales to GM Sales.
9. Submit Daily Sales and Daily Purchase Report to GM Sales.
10. Ensures safety of showroom as per safety standards of company and Kuwait Government.
11. Attend to customer queries and complaints.
12. Recruit and groom sales staff on customer service and selling techniques.

People Management:
1. Identify, set and agree on KPIs and objectives.
2. Prepare performance planning (PP) and conduct performance appraisal (PA) and PP/PA interviews including employee development plans and counsel employees on career progression opportunities and approve training requests.
3. Recommend employee promotions, salary adjustments, disciplinary actions and approve vacation and overtime.
4. Identify staffing needs, participate in interviewing panels and take hiring decisions.
5. Maintain and promote staff motivation by addressing employee grievances promptly and escalating when necessary and enforcing fair and equitable compliance with Group policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on E-Synergy.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
