Key Function
To perform & manage the contracts to activation process and other daily transactions, maintains data integrity, provide support to our dealers & direct sales agents and all other team members.
Key Responsibilities
• To support Sales Operations team during the surge.
• Perfect understanding of Contact to Activation process.
• Ability to understand Financial Transactions in IBS and B2B.
• Up to Date knowledge of promotions and corporate discount.
• Following the complete Welcome Call script word by word, and process contracts with 100% error free without any delay.
• To make sure all CTA process is aligned with customer’s initial request.
• To ensure that all requests from all channels are done in timely manner.
• To provide the support on systems and process, to all channels.
• To work on the Customer Admin Mailbox and reply on timely basis.
• To maintain data integrity with 0% error rate. Adhere to business processes and guidelines.
• To keep a close eye on the error report and rectify those on a regular basis.
• To assist on day to day tasks provided by the team manager.
