Digital Analytics Coordinator - Zain Kuwait

The Role:
Extract core insights from data and performance to develop testing and optimization strategies across tactics. Execute testing plans and provide post-testing analysis for the Zain digital channels.

The Position:
Conceptualize, design, and ship a broad range of brand projects, including websites, landing pages, advertisements, emails, and other lead generation assets.
Collaborate with the vendor on the development and documentation of technical requirements for solutions
Review, analyze and approve the design and development of vendor modules and application
Align with other departments to ensure their needs are met in the website
Maintain the web's look and feel to be in line with the brand guidelines.
Keep an eye on interactive, Web and social media trendsinformation/physical security breaches or incidents to Data Control Department immediately. Also to ensure that all team members are following  mentioned policies.
Analyzing usage metrics and performance data to influence design decisions
Plan measurement strategies for key performance indicators, and monitor existing properties to ensure all tracking and data-collection works properly.
The Requirements:
 UX design, prototyping, and user experience testing
Understands HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript
Limited or extended knowledge of Web Standards for development (PHP, ASP, Ruby on Rails…etc)
Limited or extended knowledge of Web Framework Standards for development (jQuery, CakePHP, Dojo…etc)
Graphic design (Photoshop/Illustrator)

The Person:
Bachelor Degree
digital Communication/Media/ Design/web or any relevant major
3 years and above relevant experience
