Main responsibilities
• prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
• organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
• arrange and confirm appointments
• handle incoming mail, calls and other material
• set up and maintain filing systems
• collect information

Qualifications
- A High School diploma or the equivalent
- 1 – 2 years experience as an administrative secretary
- Very good command of both Arabic and English
- Very good command of Windows, MS office
- Good and representative looking
- Ability to work independently and follow oral and written instructions
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus
