SALES ENGINEER – gulfcable , Kuwait

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational responsibility of implementation and maintenance of quality system in SA area
Operational responsibility of contract review activities as per documented procedure
Providing guidance to sales assistance for carrying out the activities as per documented procedure
Reviewing and ensuring that the offers ,work, orders and correspondence to customer adequately address the contractual requirements
Liaison with customer for queries , clarifications , confirmations , regarding contractual requirements
Operational responsibility handling customer complaints , negative feed back and maintaining related records
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
B. SC. Electrical engineering / University graduate
Minimum of 5-10 years experience
Self motivated and able to clearly communicate with the team and management at all levels.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to provide/receive training.
Excellent written communication skills.
25-35 years old.
