Job Purpose
Guest Relations Officer will manage a wide range of claims and escalations to ensure continuous support to customers and to ensure compliance to policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Provide coverage to resolve a wide range of guests issues received through various channels to provide a high level of support to all guests
Register all incidents in the tracking system, to ensure accurate data is captured and cases are resolved
Analyse incidents and claims to ensure they are accurately prioritized and escalated to the proper department for resolution
Directly interact with guests to provide immediate support and collect all information required to properly manage the highlighted issue Identify and highlight to management critical issues requiring immediate business or legal intervention to reduce Company’s exposure and provide a high level of support to guests
Collaborate with Legal department when required by providing all information required to the proper handling of the issues Liaise with, support and advise outstations in all matters relating to case handling and specific trends
Liaise with internal service providers to ensure that Guest feedback is fed back into the business
Proactively perform a wide range of assigned and emerging activities to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures and high level of customer service
Education & Experience
Degree and 1 year relevant experience OR High School and 3 years relevant experience with the exception of specialist language speakers (i.e. German, Chinese) where only 2 years experience would be required. .
