PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing enquiries and works orders as per the instructions and guidance of local sales in charge , sales engineer
Operational responsibility of maintaining relevant records and proper filling of concerned documents
Maintain , measure and monitor delivery history data
Operational responsibility of maintaining, measuring , monitoring ,invoicing, deliver rating (delivery history data ) and improving the same
Also you will be exposed and handling some of the following tasks when needed ( Packing list, Arrange inspection ,- Invoices and delivery note ,Cutting memos , Work orders , Issue gate pass ,Handling customers incoming calls and Letter correspondence
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
University graduate (business or marketing / undergraduate).
Minimum of 3-6 years of experience
Self motivated and able to clearly communicate with the team and management at all levels.
Reasonable presentation skills and ability to receive training.
Reasonable written communication skills.
Very good written communication skills.
Industry Experience Required
Qualification Required : Graduation
Experience Required : 3 years
