ATM Channel – Operations & Support Officer – Gulf Bank

Job Purpose:
Monitor ATM network performance and report any issue that affect availability such as technical issues, cash position & relationship with branches
Accountabilities:
Use the available tools for management of site information necessary to install new ATM’s
Assist the Rollout & Installation of new ATM’s by following the documented process
Keep the bank aware of emerging technologies
Link ATM’s to the development of the multi-channel view across GB
Identifying and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Attend site for new machine installations
Attend sites for relocation of machines
Site readiness for ATM Machine deployment
Daily reports and communication of critical tickets
Maintain and keep update all the contact lists needed for offsite issues
Prepare Job Orders, Gate Passes, Work permits to ensure suppliers can service our ATM’s
Call back process
GL Reconciliations
People management:
Communicate operational procedures.
Corporate Governance and compliance: Work fully within: risk policies and procedures and all compliance regulations
Education/Knowledge/ Experience/Skills:
Education / Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Equivalent experience
Knowledge: Good knowledge in the ATM field/ Consumer Banking Products and Customer segments. Analysis of all Sales related activities
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in banking
Generic & Specific Skills:
Preferably Bilingual (Arabic & English)
Analytical thinking and reasoning skills
Presentation Skills
Conceptual thinking
