Ensure overall efficiency while supervising the Accounting Function for Payroll and Employee Expenses within the Finance Department.
– Posting Pay changes in terms of Promotions, Increments, Allowance Changes and Benefits.
– Processing End Of Service settlements for Resignation, Dismissal, End Of Contract and Redundancies.
– Posting debit and recovery entries.
– Processing montly bonus for Operations Employees.
– Processing Payroll and sending out pay registers to all Brand leaders.
– Providing accurate reports as per requirement.
– Coordinating with HR Team for the opening of Bank Accounts for employees.
– Posting disciplinary deductions and miscellaneous payments.
– Processing for Bonuses and Increments across all levels.
– Supervise a team of Accountants
– Have a customer focussed approach while handling employee queries.
