Main Requirements:
-Ensure proper maintenance of the company books of accounts and chart of accounts, this includes but not limited to maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, as well as providing timely income, operating, capital spending, segmental information, Assets and liabilities monthly reconciliation. Moreover, analysis, production cost, and labor cost analysis.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, external auditors and manage customer relationship to support the business
-Develop and maintain organizational policies, procedures, financial control and guidelines in coordination with Group Internal Auditor and facilitate the implementation of new financial process, control and systems within the organization
-Develop and implement accurate and timely systems for management reporting. In addition, ensure that statutory financial reporting is prepared under International Accounting Standards ( IAS) and presented in accordance to International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
-Ensure Compliance with all administrative matters, legal, taxes, audit, and oversee monthly payroll, pension plans, medical and life insurance, etc.
-Effective deployment of financial resources to maximize liquidity and return of financial assets
-Lead and develop tools for strategic planning and annual operating budgets to streamline the process and support all departments to ensure accurate deliverable on a timely manner. This includes Income Statement, Capital Budget, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
-Develop governance strategies, short/long term financial risk management, and effective integrations of finance functions with operations to deliberately cover overall company financial risk.
