The Quality Coordinator ensures that all processes contributing to the development and performance are conducted in accordance with the company’s quality standard, policis and procedures. Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance, and compliance with applicable requirements. The focus of the position is to develop, perform and manage all quality assurance related activities. .
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Coordinate and maintains data bases for the quality system and prepares/assists in preparation quality reports.
2. Perform receiving of variety of task and primary inspection for QA activities.
3. Perform audits and development and implementation of project quality on reports as directed.
4. Assist in reviewing quality assurance standards, existing policies and procedures, evaluate effectiveness and that standard are met.
5. Participates in the planning, development, coordination, and presentation of specific training and educational programs as appropriate to the quality assurance needs of the facility or service.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and with at least Certificate of Quality Assurance, Quality Control.
Minimum Experience: At least 3 years experience in quality control and or quality management system.
Skills & Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant safety systems such as ISO. Knowledge of product grade standards, methods and techniques of produce inspection, Excellent organizational skills, Strong problem solving skills, Ability to work independently, make appropriate decisions and communicate information to appropriate parties, ability to work with all types of individuals in multiple settings and locations and to promote diversity in the workplace
