HR Business Partner – Retail – Randstad

Job description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR business partner to join one of the Middle East’s fastest growing retail groups.
Based in the corporate head office, and responsible for HR across a number of diverse retail brands, you will partner with the business leaders to drive best practice HR initiatives in the Middle East. You will be responsible for a large team of HR professionals, based both in the field and at head office, and will report to the Head of Business Partnering. This role requires a depth of experience in HR business partnering, including working directly with leadership and developing team members.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate:
– Previous HR business partnering experience in a multinational or retail environment
– Experience of delivering HR initiatives in a fast paced, complex and growing organisation
– Previous team management and stakeholder management
– An interest in living and working in the Middle East – this role is also open to candidates looking to move to the Middle East for the first time.
