Procurement Administrator - Azadea

Role Purpose  
  The Procurement Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support and coordination service for the department .
  
Key Accountabilities
  
•Keep track and document files needed for the corporation’s contracts and procurement actions and implement an adequate filing and data retrieval system to ensure continuous ease of access of information.
•Perform the POs process for handled requests and generate PO reports and procurement families when needed.
•Handle internal shops’ requests that can be executed from within the warehouse
•Gather and summarize data to prepare routine reports and schedules while seeking additional information where necessary to support certain purchasing activities.
•Handle managers’ appointments and arrange meeting venues.
•Launch bi-annual shop surveys to determine their satisfaction with suppliers
•Conduct continuous research to stay abreast to new products and market trends and locate potential suppliers
•Carry out adhoc work related to the ERP system and data entry according to the guidelines provided by the immediate manager

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
  
  0-1 year of experience in contract administration, procurement and data management; Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical degree
