Job Description
•Diagnose and troubleshoot server & systems/network issues.
•Work on various tools like back up software/Tools (EMC Networker/Symantec Net Backup/HP Data Protector/Commvault), anti Virus software/Tools (Officescan Trendmicro/Symantec),call tracking or service desk tools (SCSM/CA Servicedesk/Any other helpdesk software).
•Installation and administration of IIS, SQL, AD, SQL.
•Monitor DC and DR for system, network and DC facilities, support, report and escalate to next level when necessary.
