1. 15 - 20 years of work experience in Engineering Office, preferable in handling Procurement and Material Control.
2. 5 year of Fabrication Workshop experience in handling Procurement and Material Control.
3. Experience in Pressure Vessels / Structural Design.
4. Good Knowledge in Different Steel Material.
To manage and lead the Engineering Department design activity of Pressure Vessels, Steel Structure and the functioning Technical Office for the timely completion of Engineering activity to meet the schedule.
To set up norms for engineering and to monitor the productivity of the Engineering team.
To provide Technical input to procurement and to carry out procurement within the budget and time schedule without compromising the quality.
To oversee the Material Control activity within ABJ 1 and 2.
To maintain an inventory control and to advise the Operation Manager regarding the stock / non moving item to
suggest remedial measures.
To administer Temporary Facility Unit and to advise the Operation Manger for the new requirement as and when required.
To lead the maintenance team and to initiate procurement of spares, implement the prevention maintenance systems and to advise Manager of Projects regarding the short coming and misuse of the equipments.
To liaise with Project manager / Manager of Projects to meet the project requirement related to engineering and procurement.
