Internal Auditor - Kout Food Group

• To conduct store audits as per the Stores Audit Procedures. Those procedures shall adequately cover all areas related to cash, inventory, assets and sales as well as any other area that increases risk of loss/damage to company resources and properties
• To conduct Production Plant, call centre and Warehouse audits as per Audit Procedures
• To document audit evidence, prepare and file adequate work papers with indexing and referencing procedures
• To communicate audit results duly to concerned management and forward periodic summaries to Senior Internal Auditor
• To make audit recommendations that are feasible, practical and cost-efficient and discuss them with concerned management for corrective action
• To perform follow up audits to obtain assurance that audit recommendations have been implemented in due course
• To initiate fraud investigations and perform special assignments as and when required
• To perform continuous monitoring of sensitive areas like store petty cash expenses, cash and credit card sales, inventory variances and periodic inventory reports, waste reports, store and production plant sales transactions and related inventory receiving/transfer vouchers, delivery notes, customer orders and customer receivables
