Customer Support Representative (Voice Process-Non Technical)
Location : Bangalore
Knowledge and Skills Required:
                    Excellent Communication Skills with quick learning ability is a must.
                    Excellent Customer Handling and escalation management ability.
                    Must be able to understand and work through complex processes independently to resolve customer issues.
                    Must be able to work with people and teams based in different countries.
                    Ability to work 24 X 7.
                    Will be required to handle and answer all requests via all mediums (Phone & Offline) as per the process guidelines.
                    Basic Computer knowledge and Good typing speed.
                    Should be a graduate, 0 - 3 years international call center experience.     ( Engineering graduates, Accounting professionals and post –graduates are not eligible)
