Customer Support Representative (Voice Process-Non Technical)
Location : Bangalore
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Excellent Communication Skills with quick learning ability is a must.
• Excellent Customer Handling and escalation management ability.
• Must be able to understand and work through complex processes independently to resolve customer issues.
• Must be able to work with people and teams based in different countries.
• Ability to work 24 X 7.
• Will be required to handle and answer all requests via all mediums (Phone & Offline) as per the process guidelines.
• Basic Computer knowledge and Good typing speed.
• Should be a graduate, 0 - 3 years international call center experience. ( Engineering graduates, Accounting professionals and post –graduates are not eligible)
