The Role:
Assist in identifying, assessing and making recommendations for additions to the network of incentivised sales distributors.
Responsible for delivering a series of programs to an allocated sector of distributors to brief them on their sales role. This includes structured marketing plans, product and service familiarisation, and dedicated Sales support.
Monitor allocated distributor activity on a daily basis to assess individual distributor performance, coaching them where needed to overcome shortcomings.
Provide the Marketing Department with distributor details for advertising.
Deliver display material for distributor showrooms.
Assist Sales Support where necessary to ensure timely delivery of stock and promotional materials and resolve any problems arising.
Maintain regular contact with Customer Care to check the quality of service applications lodged by distributors, follow up on line activation lead times and troubleshoot service difficulties.
Obtain feedback from distributors and dealers on problems of significance, opportunities for value- added services, new products and services and avenues for new business and address them with the Manager for action.
Proactively take responsibility for self improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
The Key Account Manager will typically work on more complex, larger and higher importance/impact projects than the Junior Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will also typically be expected to deliver highly optimal results as a product of broader and deeper experience.
Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.
Qualifications:
Required 3+ years local experience in sales related to solutions or services, including at least1yearinKuwait.
Excellent presentation skills.
Well connected in the business community with strong networking potential and the ability to relate to people at all levels.
Strong employee management and experience coaching a large team.
Fluent verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English.
