Brief Introduction
Al Tayer Group is delighted to announce plans to open the first Bloomingdale’s store in Kuwait which is part of a strategic partnership with Macy’s, Inc.
Bloomingdale’s Kuwait will fulfill the New York City store’s promise of “like no other store in the world” with offerings such as leading luxury brand experiences, and seamless digital and social media integration. This will enhance the in-store experience, deliver extraordinary personalised services with curated product selection to create an authentic welcome and delight experience for our customers.
Opening in February 2017, the three-level apparel, beauty and accessories store, spanning over 93,000 square feet will anchor the 360 Mall, Kuwait’s luxury retail destination.
Interviewing for our exciting Bloomingdale’s Kuwait career opportunities will take place between March and August 2016. Bloomingdale’s Kuwait Beauty Department will offer many of the world’s favorite and most prestigious brands across make up, skincare, hair care and perfumery. The Beauty Team of Specialists can tailor beauty needs with unique one-on-one consultations across the large variety of brands like Dior, Chanel, Guerlain, La Prairie, Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown and many other Niche Fragrances brands.
We are looking for a diverse team of confident and passionate Beauty Consultants who can deliver luxury beauty experience to our customers.
Job Specification
The successful candidate for the Beauty Consultant in our Bloomingdale’s Kuwait Beauty Department will have a great opportunity of working with luxury brands of perfumes and fragrances. You will be working with a dynamic Beauty Team whose common goal is to deliver excellent customer service and driving the sales of the store.
As a Beauty Consultant will be required to deliver excellent customer service through identifying customer needs, demonstrate good brand knowledge, seek opportunity to increase sales and close the sale. You would need to maintain customer database cards and cultivate loyal customers by providing complimentary beauty consultations, make-overs and professional advice on cosmetics and skincare treatments.
Working in a dynamic environment, our Beauty Consultants should provide professional till point service and handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. You are expected to adhere and to comply with company standards on grooming and hygiene.
Personal Specification
The successful candidate for Beauty Consultant should have at least 1 year experience in retail preferably in Beauty. You should be confident with excellent English communication skills, possess pleasing personality and immaculately groomed that should reflect brand image of luxury and prestige.
