| Required Qualifications • Manage warehouse, tally clerk and loading/ unloading people. • Arrange their work and manage warehouse daily receiving, storage and shipment operations management.
• Ensure warehouse operation processes execution continuously. • Cycle count and ensure warehouse record accuracy. • Establish warehouse Quality Assurance system and daily, weekly and monthly basis. • Planning future capacity requirements. • Organizing the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress. • Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the warehouse staff to ensure set productivity targets are met. Education • College level to BS Degree preferably in Retail Management / Business Management / Admin. • Min. 5 years retail experience • Excellent leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong management. interpersonal and teambuilding skills. • Self- confident, aggressive, target oriented, self- motivated and responsible. • Immediate available preferred.
