Logistics Manager II - Honeywell

Candidates must meet the following contract requirements:
    Bachelor's, Masters, or specialized degree and 10+ years of logistics experience. 20+ years of military logistics/supply intelligence analysis experience or equivalent logistics/supply/academic experience may substitute for formal education. 
    Must be able to obtain and retain a TS/SCI clearance

This position is located OCONUS and may require international travel.

Performs technical studies and analysis on complex systems to investigate logistics concepts, techniques and applications that will advance current capabilities and contribute to the development of effective logistics operations.  Has a significant base knowledge of the logistical process and operation experience supporting forward deployed forces.  Supports Contractor procurement services to sustain global operations.  Communicates with customers electronically, in person or by telephone.  Automated and Internet based systems are used for most functions.

IT Help Desk Specialist - Honeywell

Qualifications:
    Related degree and 2 years experience required. 10-12 years of progressive experience in field or proper certifications may be substituted in lieu of a degree 5-6 years of military experience may substitute for a degree.
    This position required IT certifications IAW DoD 8570.01 (CompTIA Security+ and one Computing Environment Certificate, preferably Windows 7 Configuration) IAT Level II, certificate of CompTIA Security+, A+ or Network+.  IMO follows guidance from DoD 8570.01 though}.
    4-6 years experience working with Army or DOD IT systems
    Must be able to obtain and retain a Secret Clearance
    Must obtain a passport with one year or more from expiration.
    Pass CENTCOM MOD 12 medical screening and Individual Deployment Training.
    Wear body armor, helmet, and protective mask if required.  Able to carry 50 lbs and work in extreme heat.

Provide information management, help desk, and computer technician support. Provide support to ensure system connectivity, performance throughput, security validation, availability and data integrity. Provide IT help desk support. Assist scheduling times in the conference room with the administrative assistant based on the Commander’s schedule and facilitate and troubleshoot Video Teleconferences (VTC). Ensure all Battalion computers are in compliance with information assurance policies (IA) and that all users have completed and are current on Information Assurance (IA) training. Base-line all new computers as necessary. Ensure all users remain on the network Create new Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPR) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR) accounts for users. Perform continuous general maintenance on all Battalion computers.

Specific Job Requirements:
Replace all auxiliary equipment as needed, i.e. keyboards, mice etc. Apply IA patches weekly to ensure all computers are IA compliant. Troubleshoot email issues as they arise.  (Which includes the OWA (Outlook Web Application) and Army Enterprise Email.  Troubleshoot Microsoft issues as they arise. Coordinate with VTC hosts and or participant to schedule VTC’s, establishing connection 15 minutes prior to the start of the VTC.  Troubleshoot VTC connectivity problems and submit the necessary trouble tickets in support of the AFSBn-KU VTC equipment.   Provision/register CAC’s, so users can logon to their computers with the cards.  With the network, systems and TNOSC departments, troubleshoot all network connectivity issues. Submit firewall modification forms as needed. Place new computers on the network and domain. Place new printers on the network. Have distribution group mailboxes created (through the creation of an Enterprise Email template, then creation of a ticket utilizing ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) which is then escalated to 54th helpdesk, then SWACC and finally DISA (Defense Information Systems Agency).).  Submit work orders to facilitate all issue that require upper level assistance, using the Remedy ticket system (now named ITSM). Make changes in Active Directory (AD), as such as creating computer accounts or updating expiration dates for user accounts based on the most recent Annual DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge Exam. Assist in relocation of information systems (for liability purposes, all movements should be done by the hand receipt holder or delegate). Disable/delete accounts for outgoing staff members. Run CAT 5e cables outside of heavy traffic areas to maintain network connectivity.  Also, delete previous user profiles from computer to assist in optimal performance of workstation if degradation in performance is noted by IT.  Escort the hand receipt holder to Tobyhanna, with equipment, if hardware repairs are needed.  Work with inside/outside plant to ensure all telephone connectivity is maintained. Troubleshoot connectivity issues with digital senders and printers. Arrange “meet me” conference phone numbers for teleconferences.  Install all necessary software (if it is currently allowed on the master approved software list).  Provide SIPRNET trusted agent support for Battalion users.  Recommend life cycle replacement of IT equipment by setting-up new IT equipment and turning in the old out-dated IT equipment.

Contracts Analyst - Honeywell

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or related discipline and 2 years of experience. In lieu of formal education, 10 years of directly related work experience is required. Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail. Direct military experience may substitute for formal education on a one-to-one year basis.

Serves as a Program Analyst for the Army Field Support Battalion (AFSBn).  The primary responsibilities are analyzing, developing, evaluating and promoting improvements in procedures and automated systems related to contract administration.  Oversees contract administrative functions supporting battalion and brigade.  Provides continuity and source of historical knowledge for DOD civilians and military personnel.  Monitors production, inventory reports and administration from other contractors.  Maintains integrity of contract procurement on new work and contract modifications.  Coordinates and present to staff the contracting officer representative training.  Provides recommendations to 2-401st staff of maintenance, transportation, quality surveillance, support operation on contract issues and concerns.  Formulates performance summaries, statement of work and performance work statement inputs for ACO. Expedites all actions necessary to ensure maximum and timely customer support.

Expert knowledge of Army acquisition and contracting, asset management, requirements determination, and logistics data management processes; maintenance operations; related support functions of accountability, quality assurance, and their interrelationships; readiness reporting requirements; and hand-off procedures for equipment for Army war fighters.

Expert knowledge in Army programs that manage and maintain Asset Accountability theater-wide; to include unit organic property via Army STAMIS systems, Standard Property Book System-Revised (SPBS-R), Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE), Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS), and Automated Battle book System, and AMC Battle Web.  Skill to plan, organize, and direct business process groups in support of logistics systems and to negotiate effectively with management and contracting personnel to accept and implement recommendations, where the proposals involve substantial agency resources, require extensive changes in established procedures, or may be in conflict with present processes.  Purpose of contacts are to represent units and provide advice and guidance on coordinating issues; resolving problems, some of which will be controversial; developing plans and programs strategies; obtaining assistance and support working in coordination with other contractors.  Contacts requirements occur during telephone calls, meeting, conferences, briefings, high level visits, and etc.  Incumbent keeps the Commander and key management staff apprised of the status of program execution issues.

Operations Specialist - Honeywell

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. In lieu of formal education 8 years of related experience may substitute. Applicable specialized military experience can be used in lieu of formal post high-school education on a one year for one year basis.

Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational difficulties and makes recommendations to solve problems.     Maintains and sustains CONOPS databases and provides general ADP support.
    Responds to and supports other requirements as needed based on AFSB-I and AFSB-SWA support requirements including support to the S3 office for the collection of data, maintaining files, providing communications support, driving requirements and general support to travelers who require assistance with transportation and or movement.

Administrative Assistant / Specialist - Honeywell

This position serves as an administrative assistant in the 402nd AFSB-South Command Group in Kuwait. The position requires a basic understanding of the Army structure and staff operations and a diligent and meticulous work ethic. Updates and distributes all calendars as required for the commander. Follows up on changes to the calendar with affected groups or individuals. Drafts correspondence in accordance with US Army Official Correspondence regulations. Receives and directs telephone calls as required. Prepares and proofreads draft documents including but not limited to Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPLs), evaluation reports, awards, internal and external memorandums, and corrects errors on a myriad of documents prior to the commander's review. Keeps the on-site leader apprised of any potentially serious issues and the status of them; ensures personnel are identified to explain review areas and coordinates briefing agenda with appropriate representatives.
